Steps In Consciousness

The following are some samples from the 99 cards in the set:

We are all naturally gifted. Denial or rejection of our gifts does not change that. But it is a free will zone. We get to choose whether we will open those gifts for others and ourselves to utilize.

Trust even if Spirit asks you to leave something beautiful behind. Remember the flower must die in order for the fruit to be born. A divinely guided life will always lead you towards greater value.

Anger continually held against another is really self-punishment. It hurts ourselves to maintain an ongoing anger. Be skillful with acknowledging, expressing, and healing anger.

If we really knew with compassionate hearts the history of our declared enemies, their stories of suffering and grief would disarm our hostilities.

Doubt grows blocks, quicker than a yard grows dandelions. Many a great opportunity gets missed because inspiration is followed by doubt. Doubt is a common response to our desire to move forward. It comes from the part of us that actually thinks the status quo is the safest and easiest place to be. Your choice - follow doubt or follow inspiration.

Lack of living passionately brings deadness. The deadness gets boring. In an unconscious attempt to bring forth substitute aliveness, we may create unnecessary problems and dramas. Make room for true passion and the dramas can fall away.

Looking to manifest? Set a clear intention on what you want. See how it will benefit you and others and harm no one, and no thing. See that it is congruent with your life’s mission. See that your will is aligned with Divine will. Take action as guided.

We never lose the spirit of those that we are connected to by pure love. The form may go, through death or change, but the true connection stays. Honor your grieving process as you release the form, but do not fool yourself into thinking that you have lost the essence of those you love. They are always available even if you pretend that they are not.

We have been given the blessed gift of emotions. Some squander the gift, flailing about with no containment. Others hide the gift, suppressing it as if it were diseased. Emotional maturity provides a life filled with passion and heart. Do not be afraid to face the work of growing up emotionally. The rewards are outstanding.

Our craving to have someone fall in love with us might be based in an unwillingness to be responsible for loving ourselves. If we have not fallen in love with ourselves how could we ever believe that someone else could?
