Music
Music can be a powerful medium for evoking emotional responses, opening us to ecstatic states, and for providing a foundation for dance. I use it for each of these in my workshops as well as in my personal life.
Unfortunately the lyrics of much of the music that is generally available is filled with unaccountable, co-dependent statements that if taken to heart can be very disempowering. Fortunately there are some writers out there that have created songs that are full of wisdom and inspiration. I will share some of the ones that I have found.
The CDs listed below wont all be entirely filled with inspiring music but you will find at least a song or two if not more on each one. Enjoy.
